Important Service Message
The Cards Online service is closing for new and existing users, and from 22nd February 2021 we will be placing restrictions on the platform. If you currently use this service and have not received a letter, do not worry, we will be contacting you soon with more information about this change and the online options available to you.

In order to continually improve the service we offer to our customers, we are making some changes to help make managing your account online safer and more secure. These measures are part of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which help protect your business against increasingly sophisticated online fraud. We will be contacting you more often to confirm your identity when carrying out online transactions so it is important we have your up to date contact details.

By registering for our online service, you can manage your business cards, view balances, set email alerts and download statements and reports whenever you choose, either via the web or through the iOS or Android app.
